The RSA NSW online course is offered through online correspondence so that students can complete their learning and assessment. If you are located in a remote location or cannot get to a training facility to complete a classroom face to face course, this RSA NSW online course will allow you to complete your training remotely and obtain your Statement of Attainment.
Students who are completing this course in NSW will also be provided with an interim certificate so they can commence work in NSW shortly after completing the assessments satisfactorily. The interim certificate must be taken to a Service NSW office within 90 days to get the RSA NSW Competency Card.
An RSA certificate is required to work in any establishment that sells or serves alcohol across Australia. This includes:
- Any person selling or serving alcohol
- Bar, pub, club staff
- Licensees & managers
- Function & event staff
TCP Training is the approved Registered Training Organisation (RTOID:91118) offering this program. TCP Training is approved by Liquor & Gaming for NSW to issue NSW interim certificates. This course also provides students with a Statement of Attainment which is valid in all other states. In Victoria you must complete an online bridging course to qualify for work in that state.
