This course is delivered in English with all assessments being conducted in English. We provide reading material for learning and there are a variety of assessments student must complete including spoken and written in English. This course can take up to 6hrs to complete. This course covers the knowledge and skill associated with responsible service of alcohol. If you are wanting to gain employment in the hospitality industry where alcohol is sold or served, this is the perfect course to help you get your certificate.
Assessment includes multiple choice questions and video submission to verify identity and knowledge. Once all assessment submission are received, an assessor will determine if they are satisfactorily completed and notify the student.
All students are provided two attempts at completing their assessments, if unsuccessful, they will need to rebook the course at the full course fee.
A Statement of Attainment for SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of alcohol is awarded to all students who satisfactorily complete all assessment activities.

Many states / territories accept a statement of attainment to be able to sell or serve liquor. In NSW you must complete training with a NSW approved training provider. In Victoria students can complete a bridging course to work in that state.
